a nutrishous muffin for kids
Ingredients:
32 graham crakers finely crushed (2 1/2 c)
1/4c sugar
2tsp baking powder
1c milk
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tbs honey
Directions:
1. so u mix crumbs sugar and baking powder in a med. bowl
2. stir in egg milkand honey just untill moistened
3. spoon into greased muffin cups 2/3 full
4. bake at 400 degreese for 15 min or untill lightly browned
5. let stand 5 min and remove from pan
