Ingredients:
36 graham crackers (9 full cracker sheets) |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon chilled butter or stick margarine, cut into small pieces |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 large egg white |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Place crackers in a food processor, and process until finely ground. Add sugar, butter, and cinnamon; pulse 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add egg white; pulse 10 times or just until blended (do not allow mixture to form a ball). Firmly press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes; cool on a wire rack. |
