Graham cracker crust for a 9 inch pie. Ingredients:
8 whole graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup crumbs) |
3 -5 tbsp. sugar |
3 to 4 dashes cinnamon |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar cinnamon and butter. 3. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. 4. Bake 5 to 8 minutes until lightly golden. I can just start to smell the cinnamon when I take it out, but everyone's nose is different. |
