Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon splenda granular
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 egg white
Directions:
1. mix wet ingredients.
2. mix dry ingredients.
3. add wet to dry and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. cook pancakes in a skillet!
