1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs |
1 tablespoon splenda granular |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 pinch salt |
1/3 cup skim milk |
1 tablespoon applesauce |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. mix wet ingredients. 2. mix dry ingredients. 3. add wet to dry and let sit for 10 minutes. 4. cook pancakes in a skillet! |
