Graham Cracker Noodle Puddding Souffle |

Old fashioned noodle pudding with a twist. Freezes well and comforting side dish! Ingredients:
1/2 lb fine noodles |
1/4 lb butter |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 lb creamed cottage cheese |
1/4 lb cream cheese |
4 eggs |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp lemon juice |
topping |
1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
4tbs butter |
4 tbs sugar |
dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Make crumb topping: mix crumbs with butter, sugar and cinnamon. 2. Set aside 3. Boil noodles slowly 3/4 hour ( time is accurate ). 4. Drain. 5. Do not rinse. 6. Add butter and mix till butter melted. 7. Add and mix remainder of ingredients, mixing by hand. 8. Place in a large 9 x 13 or similar pan. 9. Sprinkle on crumb topping. 10. Bake 350 F about 1 hour. |
