Buttery, gooey, toffee flavored. Absolutely wicked! Ingredients:
1 stick real butter |
1 stick margarine |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 box graham crackers |
slivered almonds optional.. |
Directions:
1. Butter cookie sheet and place graham crackers on this as close as possible. In medium saucepan, melt butter, margarine, and sugar. Stir and bring to rolling boil. Cook for 2 minutes. 2. Pour over graham crackers and spread to cover. Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 325 for 10 minutes. 3. Remove from cookie sheet with spatula and place on wax paper to cool. Separate crackers as you go. Cool, break into pieces, and store in air-tight container. |
