15 graham crackers, divided |
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
1 cup flaked coconut |
1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
5 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
4 cups powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. line a 13x9 baking pan with whole graham crackers. 2. combine remaining ingredients in a pan and boil for 10 minutes. 3. remove from stove and pour over crackers. 4. add a second layer of graham crackers over filling. 5. cover with frosting. 6. cut into squares to serve. 7. to prepare FROSTING:. 8. blend all ingredients till smooth. |
