don't these sound good..! have not tried them myself... Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed |
1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
2 large eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350*. 2. mix crumbs, butter and flour till moist and crumbly. 3. press mixture evenly in bottom of 9' square pan. 4. bake till lightly browned.about 18-20 minutes - 5. to prepare TOPPING:. 6. stir all ingredients till blended. 7. spread topping over baked crust and bake an additional 20 minutes. 8. let cool completely. 9. it may take 14-15 minutes to cool completely. |
