These are a delicious healthy alternative to ice cream sandwiches. Make just as tasty and lower the fat and calories even more by using Cool Whip Free. Ingredients:
2 graham crackers, cinnamon |
4 servings = 1/2 cup cool whip lite |
Directions:
1. Break each graham crackers rectangle in half. 2. Spread Cool Whip on two of the cracker halves and top with the remaining two halves. 3. Wrap ice cream sandwiches in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. 4. Unwrap and enjoy!! |
