Found on the back of a box of graham crackers. Fast & easy to cure a sweets craving! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chunk |
confectioners' sugar, to sprinkle on top |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 inch square baking pan. 2. In large bowl beat butter & sugar until creamy. 3. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla just until blended. (Mixture will be grainy.). 4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut and chocolate pieces just until mixed. 5. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 25 to 27 minutes or until lightly browned. 6. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. 7. Cut into bars & enjoy! |
