We use this to season meats and vegetables. We prefer it to Lawry's. Your food processor will make quick work for this job. Ingredients:
1 cup salt |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried sweet marjoram |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1/8 teaspoon dried dill |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. 2. Store in an airtight container. 3. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. |
