A fast yummy dessert. It can be doubled or tripled and even served cold. Ingredients:
1 egg yolk |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon rum |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
pear |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, mix yolk, sour cream and sugar. 2. Cook, stirring, until thick, about 3 minutes. 3. Cool. 4. Stir in rum. 5. Pour over pears in an oven proof dish. 6. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 7. Broil. 8. Serve. |
