I made this version of the standard GORP trail mix for an intense week-end class. It turned out to be good brain food as well as very tasty at the same time! The amounts are merely suggestions, add in whatever amounts suite your own taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup vanilla chip
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bag or a bowl and enjoy!
