A wonderful blend of favors to produce a healthy dish that is pleasing to the eye and palate. Ingredients:
4 cups garbanzo beans, cooked |
2 tomatoes |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 stalk cilantro |
2/3 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon dry crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Take 2 cups of garnbanzo beans, cilatro, garlic, and tomatoes and blend till generally smooth (this make take several additions). 2. Pour above mixture with the crushed chilli and the remaining 2 cups of beans into a pan and cook for 10 minutes till tomatoes tomatoes cook and mixture combines properly. |
