A wonderful blend of favors to produce a healthy dish that is pleasing to the eye and palate.
Ingredients:
4 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
2 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/2 stalk cilantro
2/3 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon dry crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Take 2 cups of garnbanzo beans, cilatro, garlic, and tomatoes and blend till generally smooth (this make take several additions).
2. Pour above mixture with the crushed chilli and the remaining 2 cups of beans into a pan and cook for 10 minutes till tomatoes tomatoes cook and mixture combines properly.
