Dish can be made ahead of time and reheated in microwave. Dish can also be cooked in oven at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (Until the sauce is bubbling in the caserole dish. Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
270 grams elbow macaroni |
1 1/2 tablespoons italian seasoning |
6 ounces yellow pepper, (mix of yellow, red, orange, & green peppers if available) |
115 grams onion, chopped |
32 ounces classico traditional favorites pasta sauce tomato and basil |
2 cups corn, frozen |
128 grams cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. In large skillet saute ground beef and drain off fat. 2. Cook macaroni al dente in boiling water. 3. Add macaroni, peppers, onions and spaghetti sauce to meat. Stir and cook for 10 minutes on low. 4. Add corn and continue on low heat for 15 minutes. 5. Melt cheese on top five minutes before serving. |
