Ingredients:
1 can(s) beer |
2 tablespoon(s) cooking oil |
1 package(s) cubed round steak |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
2 green peppers (chopped) |
4 6 onions (chopped) |
salt, pepper & paprika to taste |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
1 tablespoon(s) tomato puree |
Directions:
1. In a dutch oven, brown meat and vegetables in oil. Add tomato puree, seasonings and flour. Mix well. Stir in beer. Simmer for 2 hours. Add sour cream just before serving. |
