VERY high in protien, just like my mother used to make it Ingredients:
7 oz lean ground beef |
1 medium onion, diced |
6 oz tomato sauce |
10 oz tomato soup |
7 oz kidney beans |
1 beef bouillon cube |
1 1/2 cups water |
4 oz noodles |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown Beef 2. Add onions and cook until translucent 3. Combine in a sauce pan: soup, sauce, bouillon, water and pepper 4. Add cooked noodles and beef |
