This is one of my favorite things to make on a cold day. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
12 ounces elbow macaroni |
i package italian salad dressing mix |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
15 ounces petite diced tomatoes |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
2 1/2 cups water |
15 ounces rotel tomatoes |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground meat with salt, pepper, bell pepper and onion and drain. 2. Boil pasta to al dente. 3. Mix pasta, meat mixture and remaining ingredients in a large pot. 4. Cover and simmer on low 30 minutes. |
