This is a real quick and easy recipe. My family loves it even served as a left over. Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef |
1 cup chopped onion |
2 cups heinz ketchup |
elbow macaroni |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onion together in skillet. 2. Meanwhile cook elbow macaroni until just al dente. 3. Drain meat mixture and add ketchup and cooked macaroni. 4. Stir and cook on medium heat until heated through. Add more ketchup if desired. |
