Easy and positively wonderful dip. Use with bread, vegetables or chips. This was a huge hit at a football party I was at :) Ingredients:
1-6 ounce can corned beef |
1-6 ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
3 ounces hot horseradish cream |
1 ounce butter, softened |
2 cups gouda cheese, cubed |
1 red onion, peeled and cut into wedges |
2 hard-cooked eggs |
salt and pepper to taste, about 1 teaspoon each |
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor. 2. Mix until smooth. 3. Transfer to serving dish. 4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 5. Serve with bread, potato chips, crackers or vegetables. |
