Gotta Have Heart Cherry Pistachio Bark |

Easy candy, with dried cherries, pistachios spread on wax paper, chilled then cut with a heart cookie cutter. They are lovely little pieces of candy! Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups dried cherries |
2 tablespoons water |
2 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips |
6 (2 ounce squares) vanilla candy bark |
1-1/4 cups chopped red or green pistachios |
Directions:
1. In a small glass bowl place cherries and water 2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, drain 3. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and bark 4. Remove from heat 5. Stir in cherries and pistachios 6. Spread onto a wax paper lined 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan 7. Chill 1 hour or until firm 8. Cut with a 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, can use smaller one 9. Store in airtight container 10. NOTE: These little hearts are wonderful, and look beautiful on a tray mixed with cookies or other candies |
