You can buy this at Giant Eagle for a fortune....or make it yourself. Wonderful party dish and great with a good wine. Ingredients:
8 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
1/8 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped |
1/8 cup olives, spanish, drained and chopped finely |
1/8 cup kalamata olive, drained, pitted, and chopped finely |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients, except mayo. Stir in the mayo when all other ingredients are blended and mix well. 2. Refrigerate until ready to use. 3. Serve with fresh veggies, baguette slices or crackers. |
