                    I found this in a magazine many years ago and we love it. You will find it very easy to make and is very rich and decadent. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup heavy whipping cream  |  
                                                3 cups crumbled gorgonzola  |  
                                                grated parmesan cheese  |  
                                                chopped fresh chives (to garnish)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Simmer the cream, add cheese and whick until melted. spoon over gnocci or your favorite pasta. Garnish with the chives and parmesan cheese.                              |
