Gorgonzola Popovers

Recipe is from my California Sizzles cookbook. The recipe states that if you do not have a popover pan, you may substitute glass custard cups.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup gorgonzola, finely crumbled (chilled)
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Beat eggs and Gorgonzola cheese with electric mixer. Add milk, butter, flour and salt and beat just until batter is smooth.
2. Pour into well greased 3/4 cup capacity popover pans, filling each about 3/4 full.
3. Bake for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer until puffed and browned.
