10 oysters |
3 ounces gorgonzola |
1/2 garlic clove, chopped |
1/4 panko japanese-style bread crumbs |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Open the oysters and discard their liquid. 3. In a small bowl, combine the gorgonzola, garlic, bread crumbs, and butter. 4. Mix well. 5. Place the oysters on a baking sheet. 6. Pour the gorgonzola mixture over them. 7. Bake for 10 minutes. |
