Gorgonzola Herb Dressing

This recipe is from the February 2001 issue of Gourmet Magazine. Use this as a salad dressing or a dip for veggies or chicken wings. This dressing keeps for 5 days, covered and chilled. Stir before using.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh italian parsley
1/3 cup gorgonzola
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk, well shaken
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Blend parsley, cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a food prcessor until smooth. Blend in buttermilk, vinegar, salt and pepper. Transfer the dressing to a bowl and stir in the chives.
