Ingredients:
1 cup gorgonzola |
1 cup cream cheese |
2 ounces white wine, dry |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
3 dashes tabasco sauce |
dried fig, sliced |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese and gorgonzola until smooth. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. 3. Use spatula if necessary. 4. Dip with sliced figs. |
