A different twist on the same old chicken salad - guaranteed to please! Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts, shredded |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 cup of crumbled gorgonzola |
1 teaspoon nature's seasoning (or salt or pepper or garlic powder mix) |
1 teaspoon pickle relish |
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional) |
1 -2 chopped celery rib |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Serve on toasted bread or on fruit and vegetable plate. |
