Goreng Pisang means Fried Banana is a snack food mostly found throughout Singapore . It can be served on its own or with fresh cream , cheese or chocolate Ingredients:
1 egg , beaten |
1 tbsp soft brown sugar |
pinch of cinnamon pwd |
pinch of baking pwd |
pinch of salt |
4 heaped tbsp self raising flour |
1 tbsp water |
2 ripe bananas , sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl . 2. Dip the banana slice inside and shallow fry . |
