3- cups feta cheese, crumbled |
1-1/2 -cups plain yogurt |
2- cloves garlic, crushed |
1-teaspoon paprika, plus extra to garnish |
1/2- teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1-tablespoon olive oil |
kalamata olives, to garnish |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. place the feta cheese and yogurt in a bowl, using a fork, mash them together to form a paste........... 2. add the garlic, paprika, cayenne, and a little salt and pepper to taste 3. spoon the mixture into a serving bowl................ 4. drizzle the goreme with olive oil and garnish with some kalamata olives and paprika before serving............... |
