Blue Ribbon winner at the county fair! These are a hit anytime I make them. They stay soft and gooey. They don't harden after they cool! Enjoy. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
about 1 package mini marshmallows |
1/2 cup marshmallow cream |
6 cups rice krispies |
Directions:
1. Grease a 13x9 pan and set aside. 2. Melt butter in large pot over medium heat. 3. Add mini marshmallows and marshmallow creme and melt, careful to stir often to avoid burning. 4. Take off the heat and add the cereal and stir to coat. 5. Press into your prepared pan. You can use waxed paper to push down. 6. Cool for 30 minutes or so until cutting. |
