Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 (18 ounce) package chocolate cake mix |
Directions:
1. Beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in egg and vanilla. 3. Add the cake mix and mix well (dough will be sticky). 4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 5. Roll rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. 6. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. 7. Bake at 350 degrees four 9-11 minutes. 8. Cool on wire rack. |
