The name says it all for these bars. With caramels,butterscotch chips and pudding,they're ooey,gooey and finger-lickin good. Ingredients:
1 pkg. 917-1/2 oz) sugar cookie mix |
1 pkg (3.4oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix |
1/2 c butter,softened |
1 egg |
1 pkt (14oz) caramels |
1/2 c evaporated milk |
2 c mixed nuts |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 c butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. In large bowl,combine sugar cookie mix,pudding mix,butter and eggs. Press into an ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or till set. 2. In a large saucepan,combine caramels and milk. Cook and stir over med-low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container |
