So easy to make and always a hit! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (18 1/2 ounce) box white cake mix or 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Cream together cream cheese and butter. 2. Add egg and vanilla, then cake mix. 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until cookie dough is firm. 4. Roll in 1 inch balls, then roll in confectioner's sugar. 5. Preheat oven to 350*. 6. Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are slightly firm to touch. 7. Wait a minute or two before removing cookies to cooling racks. 8. Dust with confectioner's sugar. |
