These delicious cookies are great to make with children. They are also good to make alone when no one will know you had 'em to begin with:00 Ingredients:
1/2 c softened butter |
1/4 tsp vanilla |
1 egg beaten |
8 oz cream cheese |
1 box yellow butter cake mix |
powdered sugar for dipping |
Directions:
1. Beat butter, vanilla egg and cream cheese until light and fluffy
2. Mix in cake mix
3. cover and chill for 30 minutes
4. drop by teaspoonfuls in bowl of powdered sugar
5. roll into balls bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown
