Ingredients:
8 anaheim peppers |
2 packages chive cream cheese |
4 ounces prosciutto |
2 teaspoons dried basil flakes |
1 package bacon |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. 2. Chop off top of peppers and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together. Stuff peppers with ham and cheese mixture.
