Best with roast lamb! A JO Recipe. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped finely |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon hot water |
2 pinches salt |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Put the mint into a bowl with the sugar and water, stir until sugar has dissolved. 2. Add salt and vinegar and allow to tand for 30 minutes. 3. Serve. |
