Good Night Moon Milk

A twist on the warm milk before bed idea. It works better than any pill, I promise.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 -2 dash cinnamon
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute (i like everything sweet, but sugar before bed seems to defeat the purpose) (optional)
Directions:
1. Note: you can also forget the cinnamon and vanilla and simply steep a bag of chamomile tea in your hot milk, delicious and works just as well.
2. mix vanilla, cinnamon and Splenda in a large mug.
3. pour in milk; stir.
4. microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave.
5. making sure you are in your most comforatble PJs, sip as you slowly fall asleep.
