1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) or 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) |
1/4 cup orange juice |
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine banana chunks, berries, and orange juice. 2. Puree untl blended. 3. Add yogurt and puree until smooth. 4. If needed, add more juice to achieve desired consistency. |
