I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 small banana
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup non-fat sugar free strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, of choice (1 scoop)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend until frozen fruit smoothie consistency.
