Good Morning Pumpkin Pancakes

Yummo. What a nice twist on the standard pancake. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cups biscuit mix
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
12 ounces evaporated milk undiluted
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 cup solid pack pumpkin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a large mixer bowl combine biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
2. Add evaporated milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla then beat until smooth.
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto heated and lightly greased griddle.
4. Cook until top surface is bubbly and edges are dry.
5. Turn and cook until golden.
6. Keep pancakes warm.
7. Serve with syrup or honey.
