If you are like me and sometimes have tummy trouble with orange juice this is a wonderful and even healthier alternative. This recipe does require the use of a juicer. Ingredients:
3 apples |
3 carrots |
1/2 lime |
1/2-1 inch fresh ginger (depends how much you enjoy the zest of ginger) |
Directions:
1. Slice apple in pieces to fit the feed of your juicer leaving skins on but seeds and stems removed as best as you can. 2. Chop off tops and bottems of carrots and cut to fit juicer feed if needed. 3. Try to remove seeds from lime half. 4. Press all through your juicer pour into a big glass over ice and GOOD MORNING! |
