I make a big bunch of this and store it in an air tight container. This is terrific for those mornings when you don't have time to eat a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 (16 ounce) bag dried fruit
2 cups whole grain cereal
Directions:
1. For a quick on the go breakfast, put 1/4 cup of the nuts, 1/4 cup of the dried fruit, and 1/4 cup of cereal in a ziploc bag.
2. A portable juice box completes the package.
