Yum! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
15 oz pumpkin, canned |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp nutmeg |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp ground cloves |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients with fork 2. Add pumpkin, eggs, and oil; mix with fork just until mixed 3. Pour into two greased loaf pans 4. Bake 55-60 minutes in 350F oven |
