Good for Your Gut Guacamole |

I fiddled with a regular guacamole recipe until I found the one that I absolutely loved. My two and a half year old son always asks for more wamowee ! I like my guacamole on the salty side so adjust the salt to your liking. Ingredients:
6 avocados |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tomato, diced |
1 red onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, diced |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Mash avocado in a mixing bowl. 2. Add diced tomato, onion and green pepper. 3. Mix in garlic powder, salt and chili powder. 4. Dip fresh vegetables or tortilla chips. 5. ENJOY! |
