This meat loaf is good for you people on a low carb diet. It's easy to make and tastes great.
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups tomato juice
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch sage
1 pinch basil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degree.
2. combine and mix all the ingredients in oven safe pan.
3. cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
