This meat loaf is good for you people on a low carb diet. It's easy to make and tastes great. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
2 large eggs, beaten |
1 1/4 cups tomato juice |
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant) |
1 pinch black pepper |
1 pinch sage |
1 pinch basil |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degree. 2. combine and mix all the ingredients in oven safe pan. 3. cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. |
