Adopted from the food section of our local newspaper Ingredients:
12 ounces cappuccino-flavored yogurt |
1 cup unsweetened soymilk |
2 cups coffee soy ice cream |
unsweetened cocoa powder (to garnish) |
ground cinnamon (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Place yogurt, milk and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 chilled glasses. 2. Sprinkle with cocoa and/or cinnamon. |
