Good for You Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Cakey, soft chocolate chip cookies that are good for you too! Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup light butter, softened |
1 cup light brown sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
8 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. toast oats on baking sheet for 10 min in a 375 oven. 2. set aside. 3. beat butter, sugar until creamy. 4. add soda, salt and mix. 5. beat in yogurt, eggs and vanilla. 6. add flour little by little until incorporated. 7. use a wooden spoon to stir in oats and chocolate. 8. drop dough by rounded spoonfuls on to a sheet. 9. bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. 10. cool on wire rack. |
