No added fat, sugar or salt. This makes two batches of small muffins in containers for six at a time which can go in microwave oven, one at a time. I use the pizza setting on my microwave! Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1 egg |
4 oz plain yogurt or tofu |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mash very ripe bananas, and mix in all other ingredients. If too runny, add flour. |
