No added fat, sugar or salt. This makes two batches of small muffins in containers for six at a time which can go in microwave oven, one at a time. I use the pizza setting on my microwave!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
4 oz plain yogurt or tofu
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mash very ripe bananas, and mix in all other ingredients. If too runny, add flour.
