Oh so good! Ingredients:
1 cucumber, peel & slice thin |
salt (sprinkled on) |
french dressing |
3 tablespoons parsley, chop |
2 sprigs fresh dill (may use dried) |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt on cucumber and let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 2. Rinse well and drain. 3. Pour French dressing over top and toss. 4. CHILL. 5. Sprinkle with parsley and dill. 6. Serve with sour cream. |
